At the beginning of the COVID-19 crisis, Governor Tom Wolf and Pennsylvania Secretary of Health Rachel Levine determined our law office to be among the life-sustaining and essential businesses which would be permitted to remain open provided that safety protocols were implemented.

Out of an abundance of caution, we meet with clients via phone and videoconference to the extent possible. On premises document signings are now available.

For document signings we carefully clean the conference area in advance of your visit, provide brand new pens, and have installed large plexiglass shields to create a document signing zone where you can sign your documents safely.

We have a wall-mounted infrared thermometer by the front door, extra masks that were individually wrapped at the factory, gloves if you’d like them, and plenty of high quality hand sanitizer.

During business hours you can deliver important papers to the locked drop box by the glass doors to our office. For those who wish to send us paperwork electronically, we have an easy-to-use, HIPAA-compliant document delivery system so you can upload sensitive data securely.

For our estate administration practice, the Register of Wills offices in our area are handling probates remotely by videoconference. Our law office is quite familiar with the remote probate process and we are actively administering many estates and trusts at this time.
