Current and prospective clients are welcome to visit our law office.  We are conveniently located in Eastern Montgomery County. Please call to make an appointment before stopping by to ensure that someone will be available to work with you.

  • EASY and FREE PARKING. Park in any space labeled "LAW OFFICES" "VISITOR PARKING." There is additional parking in the rear of the building
  • As you enter the building, our law office is to the left through the double glass doors. Go straight back to Suite 104. There are no steps to navigate and our office is wheelchair accessible.
  • Towns very close to Glenside include Abington, Cheltenham, Jenkintown, Fort Washington, Elkins Park, Springfield, Willow Grove, and of course Philadelphia.

From the Pennsylvania Turnpike and Route 309:
Take the Fort Washington Exit 339 (formerly Exit 26). Proceed southbound on Route 309 approximately 3.5 miles to the "Easton Road/Glenside Exit."  Take that exit, and go up the ramp to the light at the top.  Make a LEFT onto Easton Road (Northbound).  Continue northbound on Easton Road.  You will see Cheltenham High School off to the right, then Michael's Restaurant.  (Stay to the right)  Continue northbound on Easton Road, continuing through the light at Royal Avenue, then through the light at Springhouse Lane.  (You will see the Post Office on the Left, and Produce Junction on the right).  On the left side, about two blocks north of Springhouse Lane you will see a bright yellow office sign that says "Gerhard Real Estate."  Our law office is in this brick office building, Suite 104.  Park anywhere in the front marked "Law Offices", "Visitor Parking", or "Gerhard."  We are located next door to Dunkin' Donuts.   [Note that we are on South Easton Road, not North Easton Road, we are south of the Glenside train station.]

From the Tacony Palmyra Bridge:
Take Route 73 (Cottman Avenue) west and make a left onto Church Road (Church Road is exactly .3 (3/10) miles past the Fox Chase Cancer Center, a Dunkin' Donuts is on the left, and Jack's Farm Market is on the right.); continue on Church Road 4.1 miles and when you arrive at the junction of Route 152 (Limekiln Pike) and Route 73 (Church Road) (Arcadia University will be across the street to the left), make a right turn onto Route 152. Continue .4 (4/10)miles and make a right at the second light (Waverly Road) and continue .3 miles (3/10) down the hill on Waverly to the next light (Easton Road) where the Lukoil Gas station will be on your right hand side. Make a right onto Easton Road and we are the third building on the right, 222 S. Easton Road. Look for the bright yellow Gerhard Real Estate sign.  Our building is next door to Dunkin' Donuts.   [Note that we are on South Easton Road, not North Easton Road, we are south of the Glenside train station.]

From the Commodore Barry Bridge, Delaware or Points South:
Take I-95 North to 476 North. Take 276 East (the Pennsylvania Turnpike). Follow directions from the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

From the Schuylkill Expressway (Philadelphia): Take the Lincoln Drive exit (#32), follow Lincoln Drive to Emlen Street. Turn left on Emlen (which changes to Cresheim Valley Drive) and follow until it dead ends at Stenton Avenue. Turn right on Stenton and move left immediately, turning left at the first light (Ivy Hill Road). Take Ivy Hill until it dead ends and turn right on Cheltenham Avenue. Turn left at the first light, Easton Road, and continue one-half mile, Arcadia University will be on the left, you should then bear to the far right, staying on Easton Road for another 1/4 mile. We are on Easton Road, between Arcadia University and the Glenside train station. If you have gotten to the Glenside train station you went too far.  [Note that we are on South Easton Road, not North Easton Road, we are south of the Glenside train station.]

From the Philadelphia International Airport:
Take I-95 South to 476 North. Take 276 East (the Pennsylvania Turnpike). Follow directions from the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

From Jenkintown and Old York Road:
Take Old York Road southbound through Jenkintown, turn right on Washington Lane. (it forks off on an angle to the right)  Continue 1.1. miles and make a right onto Church Road (Route 73), Continue on Church Road 1.3 miles to where it intersects with Limekiln Pike (Route 152) and turn right onto Limekiln Pike.   Continue  .4  (4/10) miles to the second light and turn right onto Waverly Road.  The light at the bottom of the hill is Easton Road, turn right.  We are the brick office building 1/2 block up on the right hand side, just before Dunkin' Donuts.  Look for the bright yellow Gerhard Real Estate sign.  [Note that we are on South Easton Road, not North Easton Road, we are south of the Glenside train station.]
