Pennsylvania Department of Aging    The Pennsylvania Department of Aging provides updated information regarding its programs, special projects, and outreach efforts designed to assist Pennsylvania seniors.

Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services  The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is a federal agency within the United States Department of Health and Human Services.  CMS is responsible for Medicare and Medicaid.  Their "Nursing Home Compare" page may help you locate a nursing home that meets your needs.

Pennsylvania Code   The Pennsylvania Code, Title 55, contains many of the rules and regulations affecting Pennsylvania Medicaid planning.  Courts have called the Medicaid Act "an aggravated assault on the English language," "one of the most completely impenetrable texts within human experience," and "dense reading of the most tortuous kind.

Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare   The Department of Public Welfare administers Pennsylvania's Medicaid Program.
